With over 20 years of teaching experience and a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certification, Francis brings a holistic, science-backed approach to golf instruction — combining biomechanics, fitness, mental strategy, and technique in every lesson. Known for his organic instruction style, Francis doesn't impose a "one-size-fits-all" swing model. He identifies each student's natural movement patterns and builds outward from there, creating swings that are powerful, repeatable, and authentically theirs. Off the course, Francis is also a former MasterChef finalist — bringing the same precision, creativity, and passion he applies to golf into everything he does.
